Lindsay Lohan Can’t Pay Rent

If some sources are to be believed, Lindsay Lohan is going through a financial hell – so much so, she can’t even pay her rent on time, reported TMZ.com.

Lindsay is said to be 2 months behind in rent and her landlord sent her a legal notice to pay or get out. Lindsay just paid her landlord $23,000 to become current.

What makes the matter worse is the fact that Lindsay is not earning any income and her prospects for work are almost non-existent because of substance abuse issues … according to sources.

TMZ earlier published the story about how friends and professionals are deeply afraid for Lindsay, the situation has become even more dire. People close to Lindsay have a strong feeling that Lindsay will die soon if she doesn’t get help.

There is deep frustration among the remaining people in Lindsay’s world that her mom, Dina, is enabling her daughter by insisting Lindsay is fine.

My Father is a Liar: Lindsay Lohan

Actress Lindsay Lohan has called her father a liar for telling the press she contacted him during his recent stint in hospital.

According to the Imdb.com reports Lindsay, who earlier accused her father of worsening her problems by going public with his views, was said to have been back in touch with her dad after he was admitted to hospital earlier this month with a heart complaint.

He said that his daughter had sent him a text message to enquire about his health, but she’s adamant his claims are not true.

In a post on her Twitter account, she writes, “My father is a liar… is all false!”

Lindsay Lohan Files $100 M Lawsuit Against “Milkaholic” Ad

Though actress Lindsay Lohan may not be getting the films anymore, but she knows how to make millions. She has filed a lawsuit against a widely viewed television advertisement for violating her rights.

According to the latest Hollywood news, the 23 years old actress has sued an online brokerage E-Trade for $100 million alleging that a company ad in which a baby named Lindsay is referred to as a “milkaholic” violated her rights.

The ad first appeared during the Super Bowl in February and featured a baby boy apologizing to his girlfriend for standing her up because he was too busy trading shares. “And that ‘milkaholic’ Lindsay wasn’t over?” the baby girl asks before another baby girl who enters into the screen saying, “Milk-a-whaaat?” It was the latest in a series of ads featuring the babies in a bid to show the ease of the online trading system.

Lohan’s lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia filed a lawsuit on Monday, in which he said that the ad was a clear reference to her client, who has a dismal record of substance abuse.

She said, “Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.”

The agency who produced the commercial, said that they, “just used a popular baby name that happened to be the name of someone on the account team”. They were not referring to Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan says “Samantha is the Only Women I’ve been Attracted to”

According to the latest Hollywood news, the famous Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan accepted that Samantha Ronson is the first and only woman she has been attracted to.

The 23 year old actress said, “I never really thought about women before. It kind of just happened with Samantha. It surprised me.”

Lohan, who split from her girlfriend Smantha last April, said she’s “still in touch” with Ronson as they live in the same Los Angeles apartment building. She added, “We love each other. We might reconcile the relationship, maybe. I don’t know.”

The actress, who came clean from the cocaine use charges, has changed after the split. She said, “If I wasn’t with Samantha, I would probably be with a boy. She’s the only woman I’ve been attracted to.”

Lohan also said, “It was a big deal going public with her relationship with Ronson. I’ve never had a relationship as public as that, especially being with a girl for the first time. That was really scary for me. But I didn’t care because I love her.”

Lindsey blames Ronson’s family for driving a wedge between their relations.

Lohan’s India Visit Documentary Leaked Online

The teaser of Lindsay Lohan’s visit to India has been leaked on the Internet. The video, featuring child trafficking in India has already created hype. She came to India last month and claimed to have saved 40 children from trafficking on her first day in the country.

In the video, Lohan is seen sharing her experience at a children’s shelter outside Kolkata. According to a source, she was seen with a group of young girls and women, who became the victims of trafficking and other forms of exploitation.

She was shooting for the BBC documentary near Kolkata. After the shoot the 23-year-old star had twitted, “Over 40 children saved so far… Within one day’s work. This is what life is about… Doing this is a life worth living! Oh, and I’m talking about being in India.”

She added, “Trafficking is a big issue here, I’m here to do what I can, and I will continue to do so… Focusing on celebrities and lies is so disconcerting, when we can be changing the world one child at a time”.

The documentary named “Lindsay Lohan In India” will be aired on BBC very soon. Lohan twitted, “I cannot say at this moment. I wish I could. You will see what I’m really seeing and doing soon, just wait. I’m only one person. Let’s not start judging and looking for negatives that don’t exist,”

Lindsay Lohan Celebrated Christmas in the Court

This festive season when the whole world celebrated Christmas, poor LINDSAY LOHAN had to go to court. Her Christmas festival celebrations were spoiled by her parents as they were fighting over child support issue which took her to the court.

The actress’ mother Dina accuses her ex-husband Michael of failing to pay USD 40,000 (GBP 25,000) in child support. She dragged Michael to court on 23 December.

Dina and Michael have three kids, Lindsay and her two younger siblings Aliana and Dakota.

According to Dina, her ex-husband has made a considerable sum of money after releasing taped private phone calls with Lindsay to the media. Now she wants him to hand over the payments he allegedly owes.

Mother of 23 year old actress, Dina told reporters, “It is sad that the day before Christmas Eve, I was back in court with Michael over child support. He claims he’s broke and can’t pay – yet he drives around in a Mercedes and has a house in the Hamptons. He got paid for selling tape recordings of private conversations relating to Lindsay, but he won’t pay for his children.”

Though, Dina has yet not got her share of money from Michael but she is hoping to celebrate New Year (10) with her kids in grand style.

She said, “A lot has happened, but we’ll end the year on a positive note. We always have a big celebration; we always invite all manner of strays and friends to join in.”

Lindsay Lohan Given Deadline to Complete Alcohol Classes

Lindsay Lohan is ordered to attend the alcohol education classes regularly. Reportedly, the “Mean Girls” actress is on probation for driving under the influence of alcohol. Judge Marsha Revel has ordered that her classes must get importance over everything else. Superior Court in Beverley Hills has ordered this on Tuesday (15.12.09).

The Judge has said, “I am going to order that this has to be done. It’s been long enough. This has to be a top priority whether she has a job somewhere else or doesn’t or something else comes up. This has to be done once a week. Right now, the other things will take second place and this will take first place”.

According to a source, Lindsay has a deadline of July 15, 2010, to complete the six months of alcohol course.

Reportedly, she was accused of violating the terms of the agreement by only attending 15 of the 26 alcohol education classes and 13 of the 28 self-help sessions. But now the situation has become serious and Lindsay is bound to concentrate on her classes. And she has to complete her alcohol education course till 15th July 2010 for sure.

According to a source, Lohan was not present at the hearing. Her lawyer, Shawan Chapman Holly, represented her in the court.

Lindsay Lohan arrived in India on Wednesday as part of a BBC documentary. The documentary is about the trafficking of women and children in the third and second world countries. Reportedly, Lindsay has only been in India for a few hours but she tweeted that she has already started saving lives within one day.

The actress tweeted, “Over 40 children saved so far…… Within one day’s work. This is what life is about….. Doing THIS is a life worth living!!!” According to a source, the trip has given the team some new priorities for their work.

Lindsay wrote, “traffiking is a big issue here, I’m [doing] what I can, and I will continue to do so as long as life when time permits it”.
