According to the news, Ramiro Benitez alleged that Hilton has threatened him both sexually, physically and financially.

Benitez has asked for protection for his 14-year-old son and his seven-year-old niece and is demanding the court to order Hilton to keep 100 yards away from him at all times, including his home, workplace, son’s school and his car.

According to reports, Benitez has also blamed that Hilton has paid people, including his family members, to play ‘games’ on him and stop him from getting a job.

Benitez filed a request for a temporary restraining order at the Los Angeles Superior Court last week but a judge has denied the request.

According to a source, Paris Hilton’s latest sex tape won the tag of the most watched video of 2009 with 1.5 million hits. A source has revealed that the raunchy bath scene filmed by Paris was originally launched in 2007. But the masses kept coming back for most part of 2009.

The socialite has decided not to appear in the show. She said, “They’ve asked me to do that show so many times. I wouldn’t want to do that, I couldn’t eat bugs and do all those crazy challenges. I might do it for fun, on a camping trip with friends but not on national TV”.

According to Access Hollywood a representative of Paris Hilton confirmed the incident happened on Tuesday evening.

Nicky Hilton is a clothing designer and grand daughter of Barron Hilton. According to LAPD Officer Gregory Baek, the police were called Tuesday afternoon and were told that some unidentified items were missing from the home.

The incidents of house burglary have increased from one year. Last year, around same time Paris’ house Hollywood Hills was burglarized in which $2 million jewelry and other items were taken from the home. However, some of the stolen items were later returned to Paris in October 2009.

Including Paris and Nicky, Lindsay Lohan, Orlando Bloom and Rachel Bilson are among the celebrities who face the house burglary.

The police have not disclosed the details of the items taken from Nicky’s home on Tuesday.

Paris around 4PM PST on Tuesday wrote, “The cops just finally got to Nicky’s house. “She thought her cats escaped in the robbery but she just found them under the bed. Thank God.”

She added, “I’m proud of that; I think that’s really nice”. Reportedly, Kathy herself was not that much excited at the thought of boosting her assets.

Paris’s mom Kathy concluded saying, “I’m way too scared, I hate needles and I hate blood. I’m a really big fan of the show ‘Nip/Tuck’ so I see how it happens. I’m just too scared. I’m happy with the way I am”.

The socialist has started the war; she is planning to improve her brand by adding another beauty product. She will launch her new hair and beauty line in Beverly Hills.

Paris Hilton has also decided to reduce expenses on her lavish lifestyle and fees because, “She used to command 100,000 dollars for club appearances, but now Kim is the hottest girl — and they aren’t friends anymore. The magazines are bidding around 300,000 dollars for Kourtney’s baby-shower and baby pictures. And Khloe’s wedding brought in record ratings for E!”

The source says, “Paris has realized that standing for excess in a recession doesn’t appeal. The Kardashian girls seem more real, and girls identify with them more. She’s got to ditch the pink Bentley and concentrate on developing herself.”

Now to improve her image, Paris has become more serious with her work and relation with Dough Reinhardt. She is now possibly thinking about marriage and kids with Doug.

I have to get up at 6am every day, so I don’t really have time to go to clubs like I used to. I went out the other night. It was brutal, cheesy people and annoying. I didn’t have fun”.

When she was asked, if she and her 23 year beau are preparing to start a family? Her answer was, “One day”.
