Jennifer Lopez Sues Ex-hubby for $10mn Over Home Sex Videos
Jennifer Lopez has sued her ex- husband Ojani Noa for using home videos of her having sex in a satirical documentary. Reportedly, the actress has filed a lawsuit worth 10 million dollars against him. The actress has claimed against Noa and another man, Ed Meyer, and said that the duo have produced and marketed a proposed film called ‘How I Married Jennifer Lopez’. The film footage consists of her having sex, including on her honeymoon, and nudity.
According to a source, Meyer has sent her attorney an e-mail stating that he had bought the “exclusive rights” to “11 plus hours of previously unseen home video footage” of the ex couple from Noa.
The second alleged e-mail was sent from Meyer to her lawyer described the footage as showing Lopez “in (a) revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room footage from (her and Noa`s) honeymoon”.
Reportedly, the couple was married between 1997 and 1998. Lopez’s legal team has issued a cease-and-desist letter demanding that he scraps all his plans for the film.
The actress has filed suit at Los Angeles County Superior Court on Friday and has claimed the terms of their settlement have been broken. On contrary, Noa has laughed off the threats and said his film is “100 per cent parody”.
Lopez’s recent husband singer Marc Anthony, has demanded a permanent ban on Noa releasing any footage of her, and wants a whopping 10 million dollars for damages.
