Kim Kardashian Earns $10K Per Tweet

According to a recent survey, Kim Kardashian is the highest-paid celebrity Twitter user in the world. Reportedly the reality TV star earns around $10,000 (£6,250) per post on the micro-blogging service.

Kim has been placed at the top of the list on Ad.ly, an online service which allows celebrities to “monetise” their tweets. The 29-year-old socialite arranges endorsement deals through the company, which then she posts on to her social networking account. The young trendsetting star reportedly has 2.7 million followers.

Kim told a US weekly, “I tweet about products, places, foods and fashion that I love”. Other celibrities using online marketting services are rapper Soulja Boy, reality TV stars Audrina Patridge and Dr. Drew Pinsky.
