Movie Preview: Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani
Raj Kumar Santoshi is all set with his forthcoming romantic comedy “Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani”. The film is produced by Ramesh R Taurani. The music director of the film is Pritam Chakravorty. The film brings the most charming Ranbir and the cutest Katrina together for the first time.
The story revolves around the lead character Prem, played by Ranbir Kapoor. In the film, he has portrayed a character of a happy go lucky guy, who is a life President of Happy Club. The second protagonist in the story is Jenny, played by Katrina Kaif. One day Prem kidnaps Jenny by mistake. After the incident Jenny considers Prem as the worst person in the world. But Prem thinks she’s beautiful…She’s vanilla ice cream…Yummy!! Love can make you do the strangest things… and if Prem is ajab, his love has to be ghazab!
Prem has always been a shudh vegetarian – now he starts putting tigers to shame with the chicken he’s eating, to impress Jenny. Prem helps Jenny to run from her wedding and the climax reaches in a complete confusion. The ending is very interesting, informed the director.
Ranbir is very happy about the project. Talking about the film, he said, “Perfect way to describe it”. Katrina Kaif says “It’s an ordinary love story about ordinary people leading ordinary lives, but told in a very unusual way.”
Speaking about their chemistry Ranbir Kapoor said, “Chemistry is not something that two individuals have; it’s what two characters have in a film. And it’s great that people are seeing this chemistry because this is a romantic film. I am happy that people can see it even in the promos of the film.”
The film is releasing on 6th November and clashing with Madhur Bhandarkar’s “Jail”. But the entire cast and crew are quite hopeful about the project and believe the “new jodi” will blast on screen.
