Pop Diva Mariah Spends USD 1 Million in 4 Days

Pop queen Mariah Carey is known for her beautiful voice and extravagant tastes. She proved the fact when she spent USD 1 million during her four day trip to London.

According to a source, the expense list included first-class flights for the 40-year-old singer, 200,000 pounds for bedrooms on the entire top floor of high-end hotel ‘The Dorchester’ and 12,000 pounds to hire a Rolls-Royce and a Bentley.

Reportedly, she went London for the promotion of her new album ‘Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel’, at Jalouse nightclub in Mayfair on Thursday. Her guests drank 1,200 pounds-a-bottle champagne while watching her music videos on a big screen.

A source in the club said, “Mariah wanted VIP area complete with white flowers, cupcakes, a white carpet and an 85,000 pound diamond-encrusted ice bucket. There was 250,000 pound worth of Angel champagne on the tables”.

Carey was in news earlier, when she demanded 20 white kittens and 100 white doves for a brief appearance at a mall.
