Salman Khan’s Self Painted Costume for his Lady Love
In recent ongoing HDIL India Couture Week, Katrina Kaif flew from Bhopal for just a day to walk the ramp for Salman Khan. She walked the ramp wearing a dress that her beau Salman has hand printed for her.
Katrina was completely surprised seeing the special costume which has been stored for her. She said, “I knew a lot of Salman’s guy colleagues like Aamir and Ajay were walking the ramp. I also knew I was the only woman to walk for him. But I didn’t know what I was going to wear”.
Salman showed Katrina, the black-and-white fabric painted dress with a saint’s face which dazed her completely. This is the first time the ‘play-boy’ of Bollywood has painted a dress for someone.
Containing her excitement, Kat said, “Within hours in the morning, (designers) Shane and Falguni Peacock took my measurements and stitched the dress for me. It’s got an amazing feel flow and look to it. Almost surreal. I feel different wearing it.”
“It is a work of art” she added. Katrina considered the dress “work of designed delight”.
