Sean Penn Charged for Hitting Photographer
According to the latest news, famous academy award winner actor Sean Penn was charged with criminal battery and vandalism on Friday, 19 Feb. He is blamed to hit paparazzi.
The incident happened last October in Brentwood, CA. Celebrity news daily captured the confrontation as an angry Penn approached and kicked a paparazzo. Penn is also alleged to break his camera.
According to the reports, the Los Angeles City Attorney has filed two misdemeanor counts, battery and vandalism against the actor.
If, the Milk actor is found guilty on both counts, he could face imprisonment for 1 and 1/2 years.
There is no comment from the representative of Sean Penn on this issue.
