So, he has to wear a bum bag to give his butt a proper shape. The bag looks like a small pouch like thing secured with a zipper and is worn in waist.

A source confirmed that Shahid has been wearing bum bags since his first film. He needs to wear them during the shoots, because he’s afraid about his near flat butt, may look bad.
