The latest news has it that the Tamil actress Ranjitha, seen in the Swami Nithyananda sex scandal apparently attempted suicide.
Ranjitha tried to kill herself over the sex scandal says sources in Tamil Nadu. This sex tape has snowballed into a major controversy with all the media attention.
The Tamil actress who is a divorcee now, was married to an army man and has also acted in Telugu movies such as Maavichiguru and Sriramulayya.
According to the rumours Ranjitha herself created the tape to blackmail the spiritual leader Swami Nithyananda. This, however, backfired when the video ended up in the hands of the media and its visuals being aired and published across the country.
